How to choose
Length and line class
Short rods for accuracy in cover, long rods for distance from shore. Each length is rated to a line and lure weight range, and we print that spec on the blank so your end user is not guessing.
Blank and components
Carbon for sensitivity, glass composite for durability and price. Guide frames in stainless or ceramic-ringed aluminium, with Fuji, SeaGuide or house-brand fittings depending on the target retail band.
FJORD builds 124 rod models on carbon, glass and composite blanks — spinning, casting, jigging, trolling, boat and fly. Blank taper, guide train, reel seat and handle are all specified per programme, so a private-label rod is genuinely yours rather than a relabelled catalogue item.
Questions buyers ask
What is the MOQ for Fishing Rods?
100 pieces per model for catalogued items. Mixed containers across several models are fine as long as each model clears 100 pieces.
Can I customise colour, logo and packaging?
Yes. Colour, finish, logo placement and retail packaging can all be specified, and new moulds run 30–45 days for lures and soft plastics.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples ship in 7–10 days. Bulk production is 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and how much of the order is custom.
