This website is a catalogue for wholesale and OEM/ODM buyers. It does not display prices and does not process online orders. All sales are made against a written quotation issued by FJORD. Quotation validity, prices and trade terms are those stated in the quotation document; unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.

An order becomes binding when FJORD confirms it in writing (email or proforma invoice) and the agreed deposit is received. Product specifications are those agreed in writing — the product pages on this site are a general catalogue and may differ from a confirmed custom specification.

• Customer designs, logos and artwork are used only to produce the customer’s order and are not shown to third parties.
• Moulds paid for by the customer belong to the customer and are reserved for their orders.
• Moulds developed by FJORD for its own catalogue remain FJORD property.
• Both parties keep each other’s commercial terms and technical documentation confidential.

Standard payment is by bank transfer (T/T) on the terms stated in the proforma invoice. Goods are delivered on the shipping terms agreed in the quotation, typically FOB a Chinese port. Title and risk pass as stated in the quotation and the applicable Incoterms rule. Delivery times are production estimates that start from deposit receipt and specification confirmation.

Every shipment is inspected before loading. Visible defects or shortages must be reported within 30 days of arrival at destination, with photos and batch or carton references. Confirmed defects are remedied, at FJORD’s option, by replacement parts, a discount on the next order or a refund of the affected value. Normal wear, misuse and damage occurring in onward transport after delivery are not defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FJORD’s total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of the affected goods. FJORD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost resale.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably within 60 days are referred to arbitration in China. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
