How to choose
Gear ratio
Low ratios around 5.2:1 winch power for deep cranks and jigs; high ratios near 7.2:1 pick up line fast for topwater and reaction strikes. We build both from the same platform.
Drag and bearings
Carbon or felt drag stacks, sealed to your specification, with stainless bearings counted and graded honestly. Ask for the drag curve and we will send the test data with the sample.

What is the MOQ for Fishing Reels?
100 pieces per model for catalogued items. Mixed containers across several models are fine as long as each model clears 100 pieces.
Can I customise colour, logo and packaging?
Yes. Colour, finish, logo placement and retail packaging can all be specified, and new moulds run 30–45 days for lures and soft plastics.
How long do samples and bulk orders take?
Samples ship in 7–10 days. Bulk production is 15–30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and how much of the order is custom.
